Problems loging in to website

My friend has problems with logging in to the website he can play on crossfire but he cant login to the website his account id is Bart93 with a capital letter B

please help me with solving this issue

tell him to make an alt account and contact z8

or he is righting in another language.

he is using the right caps and he is in the same language and i am just making this post so he doesnt have to create an alt account because he only has 1 emailadress

I have no problem but it always logs me off..it's really annoying...
Also, when you are visiting a page and you log in, it goes back to the Z8games forum, make it so it goes back to the thread you were at.

The logging off is normal.

It logs you off if your afk for a specific amount of time
