Leader's account is Locked.

Dear GM, MOD or player that could help me out.

My clan leader his account got 'locked' , He couldn't login on his account due something with payments.
Is there a way to make someone else the leader untill he has his account back?
In name of each member or our clan we would like to be ' kellen12345 ' as new leader IF POSSIBLE!

If U know any help or a possible solution, please reply.
