ways to start?
getting bored of the egyptions (medo2202980 with a thompson) that are ****ing everywhere. if i can get used to the ping i might try and play against decent players. whats the best way to get into it?
please dont just post saying go ring for teams in e8.. 95% of e8 are ****s that are better at everything and are just amazing people. yeah i know 95% of the people here are also ****s which is fine, i get that theres alot of people trying to pretend theyre so cool on gaming forums cuz nobody knows who they actually are thats fine have fun with that.
if someone from the other 5% could post thatd be nice, cheers.

Find a clan that goes into clan server first. Get some scriming experience in that way, then slowing move into echo 8 pubs. Keep pubbing until other pubbers know you. Then, start ringing.
Other then that, no other way.
ive been in a couple of clans where weve done well in clan server without dodging a side that looks half decent, but after a while we all end up inactive n leave.
i was edging into playing abit more serious with a couple of good players, before my pc died almost 2 years ago, seems like people are alot less willing to give you a chance now unless you are a forum celeb. -

That's incorrect. Just go play echo 8 pubs, do well. People will notice you trust me. I go on my ALT in e8 pubs, and some of the best players complement me and give me a chance into their clans. If I told you who, they would know my ALT, so i'll just leave it at that.
Best of luck! -

take off spop + nerd guns. go echo 8 until people know you. if your good a team will find you.
i use sas / m4 / awm. trying to play in alpha so i can get used to a switch from 20 ping to 110.
WHAT THE **** happened to us servers. i thought uk were bad for blatant cheaters but nope.
cheers. -
I'd recommend finding friends that you like playing with and will be dedicated towards improving and being a serious team. Find some people, make a team, and just keep scrimming. The people that you have on your team, don't be afraid to cut them. If they don't fit in with the team and don't listen to advice, don't keep them. However, if they're not the greatest players but they do listen and strive to become better, then eventually with practice they'll become better.I was just wondering how do you get a GOOD team together. What I mean is how do you make it into the big league and get noticed like you!if you would like to start your own team with good players then in my opinion find close friends that you love playing with and play with them for a long time. As you play, you will develop unique chemistry which can compensate for a lack of skill in any particular player, so don't necessarily worry about getting together the BEST players on one team. Once you get a team of friends together and play for a while, you will surely beat other teams and once you begin beating teams your name will be known. Also, be nice to everybody that you meet, even people who are initially mean to you, because you never know who the future will matches you up with.

then slowing move into echo 8 pubs. Keep pubbing until other pubbers know you.Obvious way to do it is go into Echo 8 and just play; maybe even join a team and scrim frequently and get some kind of reputation up for future LFT's.Just go play echo 8 pubs, do well. People will notice you trust me. I go on my ALT in e8 pubs, and some of the best players complement me and give me a chance into their clans.
"hey, let's go recruit people from echo 8 pubs!" said no good team ever
make an lft thread and join a clan. then scrim. make contacts. -

Hence why LPK gets ****d by HRG and HT these days. Since 2010 all of them have gotten better, and we have gotten worse. -

Even if you're the world champions, there will always be someone out there that's better.....
And besides, you did get an invite did you not? Just make use of the time and try your best... -
