Mfc error

After starting CF, the XTrap initialises then HGW Game watcher then I get the Client MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close.

This is the more information about this error

AppName: crossfire.exe AppVer: 1.1.15.8 ModName: xtrapva.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 000333fcerror.

only last week all was OK until an update this week.....

I have disabled firewall and virus etc etc...Uninstalled complete and re-installed etc....checked graphics card drivers (but as i said it worked last week)

Any suggestions please...................
