What does it mean? Are there other terms I should know about?

To ring for a team, when their missing a player or so you can fill in for them in pub scrim matches.

If you don't know already: a pub is a public match, where you just join any ol' room and play. A pug (short for pick-up game) is where you gather with four other random players on a specific Vent/Mumble/TS server and play against another mixed team. A scrim is where you and four other team/clan mates play another team, generally on E8 and generally using a certain ruleset. A clan war is just a match played on the Clan Server.
