ESG and CrossFire

Hopefully you can actually thoroughly read this thread before banning me without reason. To say you shut down ESG because of the negativity of this community is incredibly stupid, you had 1-2 main critics (one of which was me) and the rest supported you until the end. The fact that you said the negative outweighed the positive is a lie. If I hadn't of been so critical your league still would have been around and crossfire still would of had a shot of staying alive. But if you're going to give up just because of 1 guy then say it. Everyone else still had faith in you and what ESG could have been, don't say it was the community's fault.

  • Actually ive been speaking to Polleus for months about this. He's always been nervous about the community and ESG. We saw this as competitives last chance to behave and respect each other and help pick the community back up.

    Youre all beyond saving.

It's actually always been 1-2 people. I doubt the community consists of 1-2 people.
  • They didn't pull out because of the community. Because for one there are a lot of teams that would still play the league. In reality esg didn't even run a public tournament all they did was use the anticheat. Atleast the anti cheat worked. Yes there were bugs with the anti cheat but what new program doesn't. I believe if they ran a public tournament with the anti cheat they would see more positive feedback. That would help build a stronger/ less bugged anti cheat. But as polleus stated they are giving up. But no matter what game they choose to host they will be haters/trolls always bashing on something. But good luck to esg for the future.

Probably not. Id still like to see this community to be known as one of the best though... "We're not even the worst community" is nothing to be proud of. I want to play this game competitively. But not like the way you lot are.

I guarentee that you lot will have something to say to that aswell with your attempts to insult me in whatever way you will... you should be encourageing people to play competitively, encourage new leagues, not "test them" by insulting them until they just say "f*** it im going somewhere else"
It's actually always been 1-2 people. I doubt the community consists of 1-2 people.

Even if it isnt the main issue, its a major factor slayakins... the main question is "why should they bother with you lot?" You run every league into the ground with the attitude. Noone wants to, or will, deal with it.

Im gonna follow ESG to CS GO. See how that turns out.

I can't believe they're going to let the trolls / haters ruin it for the rest of us....makes no sense and isn't really fair....but ah well wutya gonna do?
  • There are things that happened outside of just the forums. More happened through e-mail, PM's, DDoS'ing of our servers and more of which I have no energy to explain to you. Quit assuming that it was the fault of you and just a couple people. I hate to break it to you, it wasn't just you. It was a lot of factors that led to the decision. It's done. It's over. Why do you keep making threads about it? Leave it be.

Also, you were banned for being a insulting in a personal way towards more than one person. Insulting Iceman about being a better father? Really? Saidin felt it best that we just get rid of the problem. Now leave it alone. Don't bring it up again. It's over.
  • Ill step in here and give a response. Its not the trolls that caused this...its the fact that not many sponsors want to put money into this. My intent was not to have a tourney for zp. But Im certainly not going to dump more money into something that has proven time and time again to self destruct.
Will we ever run an event here? Yes. It will be hand picked teams/players. I will be the one approving the players. So yea...that means alot of you will not be playing.
