How to win ZM Crater.
This is a guide which helps ensure victory!
Vocabulary: Gatling "A" The Gatling on the second floor. Gatling "B" The Gatling on the Bus.
The "pit" The bottom most area where the ammo is.
First off is weaponry and items
These are the most recommended guns to use but most guns are fine.
Rifles: AK variants, M4 variants(silenced is meh), and the most, MOST recommended gun is M4ebr and it's varients.
SMGs: M12s and Thompson. SMGs aren't really guns used for ZM but who cares?
MGs: Rpk variants, Gatling variants(I tested Gatling), and M249 minimi variants.
Shotguns: Jackhammer and the new one in ZM not sure what it was called.
Sniper: No just no.
Pistols: Dual deagle variants, deagle camo/gold, Mauser royal dragon.
Items: Having certain items can help you survive much longer and/or could save a few hypomeds.
Having an extra mag equipped helpa reduce the amount of times needed to go get ammo or for guns with low ammo capacity. Bullet proof armor helps save 2 or 3 hypomeds per life, quite useful. Most important of all, damage down. Having this allows you to jump off anywhere whle barely hurting yourself which is useful when need ammo or getting ganged.
Bonus rounds:
For the first bonus round, (wave 19) have everyone stay in one spot with MGs or good rifles. It really is not too hard unless you have one guy derping around getting your team mates killed. (There is a specific spot but it's too hard in words. Give me a SS?)
For the second bonus round, (wave 29) have everyone go to the area where Gatling B is at. Have 1 guy use the Gatling and the rest using MGs.
How to win a Crystal crate without too much work:
Have a team of clan mates or friends willing to help you out.
Tell them to back off for the first 12 rounds of the game. This will allow you to have much more points to give you the boost you need to get the crystal. The rest is up to you.
(You can tell them to back off more rounds but there's a chance you could get damaged)
How to generally survive rounds:
First you obviously need a decent team with decent weaponry. (Have fit the weaponry will ensure victory)
Never stay in the "pit" for too long, it is the easiest for you to die.
Never stay too close or too far from your team mates. I learned that the hard way, I got blocked and was blown up into pieces by a scorcher.
Always watch your back and your team's back. The dang creepers always have a tendency to have surprise butt (Insert bad word here!) with you and they do quite a bit damage. Watching your team mates back is always the right thing to do, you don't want to solo the boss, believe me.
When using the Gatlings always have someone watching your back because you don't want to get falcon punched by a gorilla.
Hypomeds and H.E. grenades.
We all steal meds, no matter what, I do it (I need my durgs dood) but sometimes other people need it more. I have 900 something meds and sometimes my mates only have 2 so I might give them it. (Actually I won't I will leave them to die and laugh at them but you shouldn't do it)
Nades are a important aspect and can save lives. Don't waste them. The monsters you should use them most on are the creepers and the mutants because they both can be a pain. You should also use them when your team mate is getting ganged and it can really save his life!
I'll add more but some of it becomes too specific and is hard to explain.
How to "Syther" (Something I made up to help solo the boss)
First of all this is going to get extremely confusing as it's hard to put into words. If someone could spend some time with me and make a video about this I would be forever in your debt. Oh and I did this many times. It worked quite well besides the few times I was blown to bits.
When the boss first comes out you don't want to be in the pit, but you want to have full ammo. Go to the second floor and lure the boss to you. After it follows you, you will have to dodge the missiles and the fast zombies. When you get to the Gatling B spray the freak out of the Warmonger. This will take out about 6% of his total HP. Keep spraying till he is close enough and when he shoots his missiles, fall into the pit and get ammo.
This next step is the part where you have a tendency to die a lot. When running through the train and back up you will go head first into the warmonger but don't be afraid! Hes just going to shoot missiles at you! You can either use your "F" specialty and just run while shooting the fast zombies. The go back to Gatling B and shoot the the boss's brains out.
You just keep repeating these steps until he dies. Soloing it usually takes 30 minutes JUST for the boss so don't steal your team mate's meds and watch their back.
I need people to make me a video and some SS's of Sythering and specific spots. I'll add to it later (Probably not)

I prefer to use my MG3 in Crater.
Also, I use this sorta point guide, taught by 7 and another fella
At round 26 or the end of 27, wanna be around 300k points. By the end of round 29, should be at least 550k points and you'll be guaranteed crystal
I plan on taking screenies of end round bonus points as well as bonus round points and see how that factors in -

I recently got a crystal by telling my clan mates to back off for the first 12 rounds. It worked perfectly but isn't a guarantee because some people don't get too much points.
Mg3 is a great gun for ZM but not the best. Of course it is just my opinion. -
The boss is very easy really, Just get really close to him spraying a MG in his face, and his HP soon goes down. When he does fire his missiles, switch to knife, run back a bit, and repeat. 4 People doing this will kill it in <30 seconds.
As for the other 29 waves, Just run around doing whatever the hell you want, it's that easy -
?uest and I can usually do this without losing any lives, so long as we're with some of our clannies, or other competent people that know the waves and the map. Good guide, I'll shoot you some screenies to put up on here. Just as an added bonus you might want to copy and paste the weapons' stats from GodsGunman's weapon guide. (Make sure to leave a note of credit if you do though. ._.)
Again, great guide. -

Nice thread. I'd also like to make a video, but it could take a while
Difference between a typo and a spelling error: When people correct your typos like spelling errors, you look like an ass. -
