Well, I value LT positions. Its a symbol of trust, loyalty and commitment. People who leave the clan, rejoin, or constantly talk about leaving aren't any of those things.
And you can't talk, you were trying to recruit in ChaosTheory thread. -

Well Veiss did promote some, yeah. When i took over clan, i said i wouldn't demote anyone. But there is only one, who i would actually question (due to inactivity). The rest though have been picked by me, or i have kept because they do a good job (e.g Perp for providing TS).
You can question and criticize my leadership all you like. I make these decisions based on the welfare of the whole clan. Having people talking about leaving constantly sets poor morale in game. Not to mention the massive ego Nonnen has.
I know i do a good job being leader, as every clan i have ever started has been successful. And i have some extremely loyal members, this was proven when i quit CF.
I'm curious to know what exactly Nonnen has done for this clan. -

Anyway, I will never forget the members in CT and Veiss being leader. Great time.

At the time many players left due to inactivity/summer holidays, I tried to keep these members and some of these came back, because I made the clan look good , signalizing that we can live without the leavers. Rejected every clan invite, told them they should come here. And I managed it with Chicken, Upex etc.
Many people joined because of me, and they haven't regret it. I cleared up the clan info while keeping your set rules,because I had respect for you back then. Tried to do many CWs to keep the W/R up, managed it with Chicken.
At this time many people came back, we had to have a new lay-out. New logo or w/e. I tried to make some suggestions, but due to people being away it failed. We needed a new face to be attractive to newer players, because everyone knew the old CT already.
I tried to make rules about CWing and in-game events with Veiss and Upex, but it wasn't needed because of people comming back and the clan being rebuild.
Making good reputation and advertisement, saying hello in every clan thread so they would see us. Cared for LCC things and mainly GGHT from Seashore, I gathered all people and told them the exact dates when to play, and it was a success, we lost only allways with 1 round.
I gathered a good team, gave away some alts so other clan-members could play, just for the clan. This was a good advertisement for CT, and we got a good repuatation.
That's pretty much it. -

It's not dead. You, my slave and me left. Just a few original members(beginning of 2011) left. Others are new members or alts. I didn't like the new members anyways. I'll miss Killer and snipe tho.
