Rules:
1. NO HACKS
2. Must have 1.0 kdr
3. Must have ventrillo to cw
5. If your ping is over 120 you cannot cw until it goes down (exceptions can be made)
6. Be respectful to all members and especially the Leader and Lieutenants
7. Speak fluent english
