can one of the GM's help me with my clan?

Ok, i belong to the clan cared, ranked 454. Our leader is Richard96. well recently, Richard decided to focus on his schoolwork so he quit crossfire. when he did, he said he promoted me to leader, but then he forgot to and just left. So basically, our clan has no leader to hold everything together, so im stepping up to claim what is mine and maybe help the clan. I am a current lieutenant of the clan, and I was wondering if crossfire could make me the leader of the clan. Richard96 gave me his consent, shown here in this picture

the picture is proof of richard96 posting a clan message that he says it is ok to promote me to leader. he was going to, but he forgot and just left. If you dont belive me or anything im saying, go visit the clan page yourself. it is right there called "bad news guys"

So can you guys promote me to leader? cause richard left so if he is the only one that can promote to leader, my clan is doomed. Can u guys help me or should i contact support? someone please help
