These people keep trading acount and selling acount then they would come back and lie to the support about there acount was hack so the person that buy there acount lose something must be done

Hence why you shouldn't even buy something that's free in the first place.

As for scamming the "buyer", it would be easy enough to see that the account is being shared and then both parties would lose it as a result of the "seller" crying to Support about a supposedly "lost" account.

Enough on that subject.
