Wrongly accused of hacking
Ok this is kind of a rant as there isn't much to be done about this but anyway.
I'v only been playing for three days now and I'v allready been accused of hacking because apparently I get too many headshots. This guy is constantly 'screaming' in chat ''KICK AVISH HE H@CKS'', then I am kicked from the lobby. This really bugs me as I obviously don't hack...
Have you experienced things like this and what can you do about it?

playing with friends doesnt work all that well. As I was told by GMs and the like to play with friends and clan memebers.
Now my clan and most of my friends think im a hack, manly because I spray at boxes and avenues of approch. Leading to some kills here and there. I prefire all the time...if someones there I want to be the first one putting rounds in you.
I play on avg about 40 matchs a day, out of those Im kicked from about 26 or so. Out of the 26, id say about 10 are ACE kicks, (ACE KICK= Kick for the ACE). But i rarly get a chance to stay in a room and play another match against the same people.
I just started to keep a QQ file...makes me smile when Im sad 8^)!!!!
That and Ill be starting a web site with all my videos posted of game play...that way you can watch me pwn you from my field of view. ***WARNING*** These are very large files due to my Res. Best if viewed on a HD TV or Monitor, nothing like watching your own character die in high res. -
I completely agree.
I as well "hack" because I get too many head shots and a K/D that's apparently too good to be humanly possible. The reason I'm on the forums right now is because I just played four games and got kicked from three. I'm pretty darn sure I don't hack. I think the kick function is being misused and the Crossfire community is slowly getting worse (also having the name [[[]]] doesn't really help either). So yeah, anyway, I know how you feel. -
I have this problem alot, I will do alot of headshots in G.M. but i have earphones and listen for breath and footsteps and they say i hack. Then i say i use earphones and they are like " Earphones dont help! " and im like have you even tried earphones? Earphones are really good for G.M. if your team doesnt shoot random.
I am just tired of people calling me a hacker for using earphones and i have blood on and if someones shoots someone i see blood left on the wall so i shoot there and they are like hacker! People just wont stop calling people hacker even if there were no hackers they would make a big deal about something else.
All im trying to say is i get people that call me hacker alot so dont worry and the Admins will know or not if someones hacks or not. I dont think they would get it wrong. Just dont worry about them calling you a hacker they called me that and when they started i started to get scared the admins would think i was hacking, and on accident they ban me but dont worry i stopped thinking about it. People always has something to cry about if they solved hacks they would be like " kick him hes to pro " whatever they just always have something to complain about. Btw Hackers Suck Anyways! -

I understand and shares your pain. When I play with the 7 days Winchester to get some cash by breaking it, almost no one thinks I'm a hacker (except the unlucky guy I somehow managed to kill), when I switch to Thompson and decimate them, Tadaa ! I changed into a horrid and nightmarish cheater. Same thing when I switch from M16 to the noobish SCAR Light. Because a player is able to aim correctly (basically what you are supposed to do in this game, aim and shoot), means that he hacks for a lot of players.
I already said elsewhere what I thought of the CF community. Even good and legit players QQ all the time. They get killed, and, probably because they have a too high self-esteem, start hackusing their executioner. They can't accept skill and/or luck when they are directly concerned.
Today, I've also been kicked unfairly from a few rooms. Only got one extraordinary once in a playtime game (ended up 13-12 for my team, game balanced, not much QQ, almost no kick vote).
They should put a warning in CF : "If you are good, prepare to get kicked often". That kick function sucks seriously, they should either remove it, or change it. The worst is you never know who kicked you and who voted against you. Cowards and traitors. -

well they also calling me "hacker" when i get ace and mvp in gm when i shoot guy when i heard even little breath of gm they say hack,when they attack me and i killd them they call me "hack*er".I paid for my headset around 50$ good ones(canyon CNR HS3) and i can hear breath of them.But after i get kickd i just /w to them go learn play gm on rokie server or press f1 to learn to play gm.And thats make me feel better,bro.I have this problem alot, I will do alot of headshots in G.M. but i have earphones and listen for breath and footsteps and they say i hack. TBH im sick of it. Ok yes im good at GM because i use Gamma 100 and headphones. But when i see someone i kill them with about 3 bullets to the head and then the full room screams hack then i get kicked. Each day i play about 200 GM and get kicked from about 190 of them. It's stupid. I think CrossFire should implent a new system where you have to take a screenshot or record them if you think they hack and the CrossFire team will analyse?
