You should only have 1 hybrid on each team and the rest should rifle. None the less a team of all riflers wouldn't be bad either. Doesn't matter if you have a sniper on your team or not. All you need to run a great team is chemistry, a decent shot, gamesense, and communication.we need a sniper in team A because it cant be all riflers
Anyways good luck with the whole competitive thing. I suggest when you guys start getting into competitive and start scrimming, save replays to see what other teams do for strats and rotates. Could really help you out alot. -

And yes we were talking about having only 1-2 hybrids insted of Snipers. I'd like 1-2 on "One". Should there not be people contacting me I and one other will go into team 1 for now and we'll solidfy team 2 later. -

On gr it's good to have 1 sniper on most maps to play mid, but it's not gonna mess up your team if you have a rifle playing mid. All he has to do is call the crossing
For bl, it depends how your team plays. If you're passive, then you'll probably want a sniper. If you're all about pushing, then all rifles would be much better. -

That's true. But in my opinion if you have a sniper who can not onlycall the crossings but also kill an opponent or two as they cross then i'd say use a sniper to your advantage. Not many teams have a good sniper but if you do then you should use them, depending on what your team is trying to do in the round that is. -

You don't need an awper as good as minty. Sniping comes easy. Hardscope, play angles and have a fast reaction time, lol. -

Sniping is easy you just got to know where to place your crosshair and predict where the enemy will be. Best off all be patient, you could also prescope notable spots. XD and I know we don't need a sniper as experienced as Minty it was just a fun little comment
