Last I checked, the real owner GAVE the account to the other user. "Hacking" it wasn't needed.

Well then it's settled unless something else comes up.
Whoever received the account is doing a pretty good job of making sure it gets banned before he can actually use it.

As I said all I heard was rumors and not to be taken as the truth.
