looking for a team

as much as I have loved Rawrs, I do not feel im growing as a player so I must look else where.

past teams: #loveless, paradox(got kicked as i was coming in as a rifler, which i wasnt very good at during that time, good group of guys though) and a few other teams and clans (They have all blended together over my time playing) throughout here and there, some notable, some not.

what im looking for:

a team that matches my level or better. My main focus is to primarily grow as a player and learn. I have good aim and prefer sniping over rifling, however i am no slouch at either. Willing to practice and scrim regularly. The main issue in my mind, is finding a team in which i can scrim/learn and a group of players that are close.

Lucky. I have class Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Taking 16 credits studying information systems and computer science. I am getting pwned with my Hardware Environment course, doing Assembly programming and working with circuits and logic gates.

decided to keep my main in rawrs, its tough to leave such a good group of people. I guess im going to have to deal with there being no actual s5 and top fragging(a majority of the time).
