WTH!!!!! 6 trojan horses ......

I got 6 after my PC crashed because a XTRAP UPDATE!!! some of the programs I use everyday/all day dont work because these viruses (taskbar shuffle, editpad, spybot, etc)

COME ON!!! I use these programs more then I use crossfire!!!! AND NOW I CANT USE THEM

wth I'd rahter then play with hacks then have my PC busted up. i have work to do you know ... and now I can't do any ... thx a lot ...

Man I hope I can fix this I rlly need editpad. gonna do a scan ........

Get a better anti-virus.

Plus, I don't think they are called "trojan horses" but just "trojans."

Lolz man... Get a better AV i use Norton and im fine... n itz always on auto protect and it gets rid of bugs Trojans and..etc. automatically

Avast seemed to have fixed it, after deleting a lot of my programs and a LOT of files from the windows/ folder. I tell you ... I was this close |.| to not playing crossfire anymore. still might now ... i'd choose my PC over crossfire with no second thoughts

You haved another trojan k?
Because with everyone this is not happening.
What a incredible thing.
I repeat:
Its a false positive. And, its detected by antivirus because its crypted with UPX/Themida.
Impressed peoples.
Its very probable to you haved another virus, like hack.s that peoples scam.
And, no trojan horse INFECT other .exe, only W32(w32/parity) and worms.
Trojans are more centralized in backdoors, steal data , etc.


OR


You have another virus that infected xtrap and when xtrap opened it infected other files.
But, xtrap non infected is just normal.

There was never a virus with Xtrap. It was a flase postivite and is now being taken care of. MacAfee no longer flags it and the few others that did should soon follow.
If you have any other viruses on your computer you did not get them from crossfire.

So why did Xtrap crash my PC and then right away I get viruses? I didn't download or do anything else ... and explain how these viruses crashed programs ... if it's just an false virus or what ever ... it sure did damage ...

sort of glad to hear its not xtrap. i still dont trust tho

I use Panda Internet Security 2010 (like no1 uses it! lol) + Iobit Security 360 Pro + Microsoft Security Essential = Total Protection with no slowing down. I don't have any issues since the new patch and no blocking or deleting from any of my protection program. I am happy

There's nothing not to trust. If you actually had a virus, it was pure coincidence.

There were problems with the new Avast update,I got it too.
Had to move a few files to chest,but after the problem was fixed and updated I just restored the files and every thing worked fine.
(it was finding a trojan in anything I clicked)
