Support Policy Change - Phone Service Removed for non-payment related issues

Hello Z8Gamers,

We have been looking to make changes to improve our support process. One of the ways we can improve our service is by making sure that all regular issues and complaints are dealt with through the support system on the website. This saves us time and is much more efficient for non payment related issues. With that in mind we are making a change to the Phone Service policy.
Z8Games will no longer accept phone calls to both Cross Fire and Metin2 support for non payment related issues.

Z8Games will only accept phone calls for dealing with chargeback or payment related issues.
If your call deals with something other than the above you will be directed to our support site to submit a ticket under the appropriate category. You can find our support site at:

Over the course of the next few days our policies will be adjusted to reflect this change.
