Seriously...
No matter where you guys come from, how good your knowledge of the language is and how old you are... everyone of you should be able to use his/her brain.
First of all we are celebrating, that "z8games" turns 3, NOT Crossfire! Some might remember Subagames as the company that runs this game.
Second - Can't you guys finally understand, that you have to log in during the mentioned period of time, then have to log out and go to the event page to get your reward (The 5 MSG Crates this time)?
It is so easy:
1- Login to the game
2- Logout of the game (YOU DO NOT EVEN HAVE TO JOIN A MATCH!!!)
3- Login at the website
4- Go to the event page and double click the "Check Status" Bar
I completed the events for the accounts of all my friends within 5 minutes and they all received their 5 MSG-Crates. I really don't know how to be unable to do this.
This time Saidin even explained it more detailed:
"For example. If you log in at 2:45pm EDT and then log out at 4:15pm. Your login time will be 2:45pm, which qualifies you for the prize. But it will only be recorded in the database at 4:15pm, which means you won't get your prize until 5pm EDT."
If you are already logged in to the game and stay logged in between 2PM and 5PM you will NOT get the rewards.
And if you have not logged in to the website and checked the event page, you will get your crates (as usual) around 20-24 hours after completing the event.
It really is that simple! I hope everyone is able to understand this now...
Third- Z8games made a mistake by not giving us the 25% web mall sale off, as they promised. Well, you guys are behaving like you would never ever do any mistakes and like it would ruin your life that you cannot get your Bulletproof Vest for another 90days or something. Just calm down. They will explain what happened, that it was a mistake and we will get our 25% off sooner or later. Maybe we even get another gift, because they made that mistake. You are not gonna die folks...

First- Thanks for linking the thread that obviously says that it was a mistake and that all players who bought stuff using the web mall will get their ZP back
But this way to handle it just ain't fair! I mean, just imagine the following:
I would have bought something useful but I did not had enough ZP/BP to do so. So I waited for the discount, but because of the fact, that there was no SALE, I wasn't able to buy it.
For Example: If you would have liked to get yourself a M4A1-Silver (8900 BP) you still needed to have at least 8900 BP on your account, no matter if you get it back afterwards or not. So if you had 7000 BP on your account and wanted to buy it for 25% off (6675 BP), what would have beed enough to get it, you still weren't able to buy it because the prize was 8900!
I really thought z8games would handle it like this to give us another day or two to really get the discount, but the way the handle it now is just like cheating on every one of us.
Imagine this would not be the internet and not ZP but real money.
What would you guys say if you go to a shop with 75$ in your pocket, see something for 100$ with a "25% SALE" on it and still have to pay 100$, just to get back 25$ after u payed for it? What a hilarious idea...
The only problem is that you can buy more than just stuff for a game for real money!
I guess there is more than one player who spend 8,900 ZP of the 10,000 ZP he bought for a SPOP or something and didn't knew what he should do with another 1,100 ZP and spinned a round of any ZP crate. Of course he will be happy to get back 2225 ZP now, but he might have bought something else than another 2 crates if he would have had 3325 ZP left after he bought the SPOP.
What you are doing here really is what many players think of the company. That you guys do not care about the players and that the dollars in your eyes grow day by day.
In my opinion you should give the players that bought something between 1st and 3rd of september and an additional prize. For all the others you should offer another day or two to use the SALE.
