About Weapon(?) Ping System

I DO understand about ping system in server but

Why do we need to take a time for switching weapon in game (sorry for my bad english)

like my ping is 45~50, when i switch my weapon (knife to AWM) it takes 0.45~0.5 sec
to switch it

how? why?

because like Sudden attack it takes no time to switch weapon (most of FPS)

can someone explain about weapon ping system (or mob)

It only happen's to me when i'm lagging. Other then that it's pretty fast. Maybe it's your FPS?

It takes about 1 second to switch between weapons, so I can't 'quickswitch' between, say an AWM and Deagle. It's because of my 180 ping, so...
