Peanut Labs Problems
I know I know, on the way we go, z8games is not responsible for issues with Peanut Labs..
HOWEVER, It has been a week since I've submitted 8 tickets to Peanut Labs support. I even went onto the Peanut Labs website and sent them feedback which I have NOT been replied either..
So my question is, is PeanutLabs broken? I haven't been acknowledged on any of my tickets nor was I updated as to how they are fixing the issues.
I hope against hope, that z8games can do something to communicate to PeanutLabs in hopes of having my support tickets answered.

they are probably just ignoring you. i would say just move on onto a new survey provider?
I would but I did enough surveys for 8000 ZP and I showed evidence that I did what was needed to obtain the ZP.. So I've done my part completely.. -
well, same thing happened to me, i did some surveys, it didn't award me, so i send evidence that i completed the surveys to them, and its been like 6 months now and they still haven't sent a reply.
trust me, peanut labs is not worth it. there is other providers that actually reply and credit you every time you have the proof -
^^ ok.. i will tell you what to do , but they don't answer any time, go to peanut labs-need help-my z8 points-offers then click on contact us , complete with a valid email , now they send you in email a passworld, login on link support.peanutlabs.. or something like that, you got it on email, and now you can see your ticket. just wait and prove them with screens, is like support ticket on z8

Peanutlabs i think they are ignoring people too, this guy Charles M always says

But after the surveys are in progress they wont get back to you, i got like 9 tickets and after he tells you that message, it wont get any further than that we wont reply to you ever again #TrueStory i DID SEVERAL REPLIES telling him to please get me credited because i had proved like 3 or 4 screenshots of me getting the offer done, still havent gotten an answer! So i thought ok maybe this tickets maybe didnt get through or something like that i guess and created another ticket telling him that my tickets have been created like 1 week and a half ago, and nobody has replied me back. I got the same message. i didnt want to give up because i wanted my ZPs so hard and created another one but i got the same everything, same answer and then any reply again.
Peanutlabs says they reply you within 24 hours, but that's a lie they rarely do that, I dont know if it is coincidence or what but Charles M always sends the same message on fridays, i createad the plea ticket on tuesday and got that fu@#% message on Friday. You'll get tired of trying, trust me that's how i feel. it's like they are not taking us for granted. That guy Charles M s@#%, long time ago there was another guy called "Alex" that guy was THE BEST always reply on time,after i sent him screenshots, he got me credited right away. i don't think they are like that anymore.
I recommend this: 1. Dont do offers on PeanutLabs anymore. 2. You can do Surveys on PL but that's it!, if you are not very good at qualifying you can search on google for tutorials( ). You'll have days you wont get too much but it'll be days you'll make about 10k or more.
3. Sometrics is good to make an acceptable amount of ZP, a few thousands a day.(Do more surveys than any other thing.)

Peanut Labs has the best support I've ever seen.
They make an extra account with your tickets on their own suppirt page website so you can always give new evidence, etc. If you haven't got such an account don't expect any usefull results.
However, I just reported mobile surveys so far, because it's just not worth the time for 2k ZP.
Rather I would invest the time to go work and buy the ZP comfortabely.
Sometrics lets you only like 5-7 "awarded by costumer service" offers :rolleyes:
Sponsorpay and SuperRewards have a nice support too, but SponsorPay is most likely going to ask for more evidence, and more, and more.
Stick to SuperRewards if PeanutLabs doesn't work. -
You guys are ridiculous. Obviously, you have to realize it's not so simple to complete a survey in their eyes. For example, the survey providers are typically looking for a certain quality in your answers for it to match as complete and qualify for the ZP reward. If you did not receive the ZP after the status shows as "Viewed". Requesting for a problem is undoubtedly not going to change the fact that you did not receive your ZP. Over the course of the last month, I began doing surveys and gained a total of around 20k ZP. Of course this is from doing surveys every week so the surveys can reset and give me new ones. I can definitely tell you less than a quarter of the surveys I do credit, however, that's how surveys work.

I've been doing the surveys from the PeanutLabs from the same place "Quiz Jungle" and I've never had a problem with being rewarded before.
Now I am STILL WAITING to be rewarded for doing my part and showing proof that I've done the survey the way it was intended to be completed. -
