Request for a fps/ping guide!

I'm not an expert on fps/ping so please don't be surprised if i make any flaws.
OT: Does anyone know how to increase fps? Please link me a guide if there are any.. It'd mean a lot! I have tried the following;
-Uninstalling programs
-Closed my browser
-Played on the lowest settings as possible ( For crossfire)
-My replay button is turned off
-CCleaner
-Scanned my PC for viruses/malware that might be slowing down my PC...
-Turning off certain programs..
-Changed FONT
Further information: In snd's i get 20-30 fps..
In 1v1's i get around, 40-70
Question: Is it possible to have a stable fps?
I know .. i'm quite pathetic...

Get a better computer. I did this and my FPS did in-fact increase. :)

Try SmartClose. Try changing CF's priority to Realtime (in task manager).
  • Dude ok with that fps seriously just try to get some money and get a new computer..My desktop in 1v1 can get like 200 fps :P
  • want an fps/ping guide? i can give you one.

for the fps: buy a new pc
for the ping: pay for better internet

there is not really much you can do about either of those but increase/decrease them with about 10-15 wich isnt much imo

Had the same problem as Clutch Leader.. Got pull something together and get a new computer :/. Or change your desktop resolution to 800x600 and do the same for your CF Resolution.. That helped me a lil bit when i had your problem.
