if the ribbon says you must have EBR normal, i doubt you'd get it for EBR X-mas, but then again i wouldn't know :')

Its only when you have the M14EBR,MK-23 Socom,and the Navy SEALs character.The M14EBR-Xmas will not be able to count for the ribbon.

I earned this ribbon with m14EBR-Scope-Camo, it seems any M14EBR would count

I can confirm M14EBR-Scope-Camo counted for me.

There are people who had a temporary M14EBR and it counted for the ribbon. (But that was before, I don't know if that works now)
I think any M14EBR counts, as I also got it with the Scope-Camo variant.
