register error

Hello.
My friend have litle problem,he want register on crossfire,but after register he click OK and nothing do.
he have 1 acount,but he,dont want this acount.
if it is,delete all weapons,change level to 0 and money change to 0,but please SPOP character do not delete.

If I remember right, z8games has no license for czech republic.
If he wants to play CF he has to install CF EU.
