Sounds awesome. I'd be able to come I suppose, aint got any plans for holiday break yet.
As for a vent server, not sure if we have enough slots lmao. Some clannies prob gonna join it regularly too, and we're only up to 25 slots.

I want to keep it private. Is it able to make one channel passworded?
Clanmates are bound to join, unless notified or banned from the server for that specific time of the broadcast event. Or like huggy said, he could upgrade the vent to more slots.

My bad, it's not the esg, it's the CF mumble.
Seashore had a channel for GGHT, so I don't think they'll make a fuss about lending you one for a few hours for an event. -
Its not trouble to make get more slots and I could make a private ch for it. Just let me or Kat know whats up and I see no problem with letting you use it .
