Hacks affecting replays?

My clan did a scrim today on the beta clan server against another clan that was hacking, they made it so obvious they did'nt care, chams, aimbots.. usual stuff.

Knew exactly which way we were going and already shooting at us before they came around corners, some of my clan members left and some of us stayed for the replay.

The end of the game I pressed save for the replay, I went to go check it out but it was'nt there, I always play in window mode so I went to check for the temp save file how Blindrob explained how to do it but that was'nt there either.

So are the replays screwed on the clan server, or are hackers/cheaters useing something to stop you from saving them?

Some clans have *'s in their clan names, for those clans you're going to have to rename the replays or else they won't save.

Im not so sure about this , ive never had a problem with the * in names , i would never rename a saved game , renaming saves is where the problems come in at.

Make sure none of the following are in the replay name.
< > : " / \ | ? *

Windows can not have these in a file name and thus the replay will not save.

Unfortunately if you want the replay that's what you need to do. Renaming replays really isn't that big of an issue. In fact, when reporting people in regular games it's recommended to rename the replay to the name of the hacker.

i dont know what every one is talking about , when i save replays , i leave them as they r , never change what it is auto set to save , and they never have names in them just numbers . i would never change the names of replay in tell u down load to photo book or some thing like that. maybe my CF client on my pc is different from every one else

Rename your replay to an approximate name of the hacker.

well when u click save a window come up and says CFReplay023476_0000 and the next time u save it says same_0001 then 0002 and so on its like that for a reason dont change it tell u down load to media fire or what ever u use the u change the name on that to who and when

oh and by the way i wouldn't Lilisten to saidin to much he doesn't even do his job , i would never report anything to saidin always send in support tickets or to fallenangel

EDIT: dont send hacker reports to fallen , send them in support tickets and othere stuff like problems with mods to fallen and bad talking in game to fallen

Note: if u send in complants about mods to saidin he will just give u a worning or an infration , thats why u send them to fallen.

Meeeh, my replays never work. They freeze before loading because my computer is so outdated.
