MP7 from Crates!

Hey guys i know there was a thread about some thing like this before but i am a slow learner. Is the MP7 that you win in Black Market Permanent? In the Black Market it say Permanent but when you get the gun, it has a time limit on top like the other guns but not in the box. So is it for seven days?

i believe its timed, but the 7days doesnt count down.
