It's not really gonna be too big of a patch anyways,thats gonna happen in 2 and a half months of so.Its probably gonna be another event and some zp crates again.

That would be 7 hours later, so 9~11 pm, and 2~4 am.

there is a clock > open your desktop shortcut game icon.... on right uper side it show you EST time that what time you can see ..... 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
