loading problem

ok so I play crossfire but when I enter a match it says joining then my normal desktop comes out then all goes black then game starts loading when game ends it all goes black untill lobby or the kills death thing shows this makes me loos like 8 mins per match imaggine lets say I play 10 matches I would loose 1 hour and 20 mins and I beleive matches are less than that time how I make tis stop?
