crossfire error send error report

Hello, a few days ago a friend told me that if he didn't leave his crossfire running it would say crossfire error send error report if he tried to open it back up, well I never had this problem so like most people I continued to close to crossfire but now whenever I try to open crossfire it loads then says crossfire error send error report but when I click ok on send error report is says Cannot open shader file rez/shader/legacyshader.fxo File not found !, so I went into my crossfire folder went to my rez shaders and the legacyshder.fxo is there. So if anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it I would really appreciate it, because leaving the game running is impossible for me and having to uninstall and redownload it everyday is ridiculous.
