Every member of crossfire deserves to play!!!

It's always been my position to allow anyone a shot at a chance to take on a leadership roll and for some it has been a success and for others not so good. However we have given our youth a better chance to grow and understand a small glimpse of just how hard and tiring it can be to hold such a responsibility! We expect the leaders of this game to just be a really good player and have a good understanding of how this game is best played! I say NOT SO we need them to be patient,kind,fair,understanding,forgiving but most of all understand the 10 principals of leadership and how do they learn what they are? Well it's by getting bloodied on the field and learning from their mistakes, seeking and accepting responsibility,to know and promote their men's welfare,lead by example,these are just a few and I say anyone brave enough to step up and take on this challenge should be encouraged and supported BECAUSE these are the leaders of tomorrow and given a chance now the next clan you face just might be one of these "kids" you so despise will OWN YOU!!

My position will never change and I believe every one should have a chance to learn & have

your vent chl is secure to stop any other clan members from entering this will allow you a chance for you to opperate un disturbed by other CheckMate members while commanding your Cell "no distractions,no interuptions,total control of your team and their sub chl,s to opperate freely good luck
