Sup guys. So im gonna make this short, I downloaded CF and when i put in my username and password, it says its wrong? But im 100% Sure its right? What can i do..

Any kind of help would be appreciated!
AND A FAST REPLY, I WANNA PLAY SO BAD.

A couple of months ago i could log on and play just fine, But i havent been on for a while now..

How many times have you tried? Did you make sure caps lock wasn't on?

Yeah mate, Ive tried till the game automatically shuts down every time, ive tried re-installing it 3 times to, attempting a fourth try atm..

If you've tried it that many times and it says it's wrong, then you're probably using the wrong info.

Is it a new account, or old?

Really old acc, But i know its right i only got 1 password and username for everything.

And if there is a slightly possibility that its wrong how can i recover my PW?

Do you know the email used on the account?

If you do, log out and click "recover lost id/pw" or whatever, and type in your email. They'll send out an email with your id, pw, and other information.

If you don't, you can try sending a support ticket.

Is the account you're on right now a different account? Or do you only get the problem in-game?

They're the same

If you're able to login to z8games, there should be no problems logging in-game

I've honestly never heard of someone that can login on the website but not ingame.

You could try reinstalling, but idk if that would fix anything

Well logging in on the forums you should be fine to log in ingame.

Is a firewall a possibility? Is the packet being sent?

EDIT: Do you have any special characters in your username or password?

Ok... But were your reinstalls clean reinstalls. Is your request making it outside your network? Are you receiving a response? Do you have any firewall running? Do you have a non alpha-numeric character in your username or password?

I didnt get ur questions, only a few of them. Yes it was a clean uninstall, my password only contains numbers, I think i got a firewall running.

That background image is wrong. You need to do a clean reinstall. What version does your version.ini say?

Cleaner uninstalling than this it doesnt get. Now where do i download the ''right'' version?

My version.ini is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire. Yours might be a little different. You can search your filesystem for it if you can't find it.

Already uninstalled. When i try 2 download that it says '' Can not get Torrent file''

Yes you should. Just not when you install cf.
