Invalid hack device detected?

I just started this account like not even 1 hour ago, I sign in and play a game and crashed. So I go back on and it says that a hacking device has been detected. Why does it say this?

I was also having trouble with the installation if that would have anything to do with it.

You tried to log in with a new alternative account with a hack tool, thats why.

I'd like to see a video of you open up the launcher, start, login, and then get the message.

hack tool detected, most of the times was caused by router blocking game ports, causing the client to lose connection,
