I lost my honorable ribbon by an error
i play on november 23 and i give a wallheadshoot between a box.. After that i get hack tool has been detected...and i lost my ribbon the next day.. 
can u do something with that? I want to get the ribbon.

You don't just randomly shoot someone through a box and get banned. -
Funny how many ppl care about their honor badge after they face some real consequences. lol

op: usually noone looses his honor badge easyly... usually its the other way around, haks take sometimes forever to get banned.

ok let me point this out
When you get a hack tool detected in the middle of a game, the only time it will EVER ban you is if you have awful cheats that got detected.
If you're legit and get hack tool detected, you WONT get banned, and you WONT get your ribbon taken away.
You got caught cheating; deal with the consequences. -

Eventhough you said you haven't got a hack tool, and you shot a person through boxes by headshot.. The sentence of yours tells me that you DO HAVE a hack tool.
I have a Remingon which has a powerful wallbang penetration, I managed to kill my friend through box 20 times in row. In my opinion, you do hack. -

Cross Fire has ran 4 years with few errors.. You have made up the 'I lost the ribbon due to shooting a person through box and I got an error.. This bug doesn't even exist.. And USE YOUR HEAD : A kill through box is almost as same as killing a person without shooting through box, and, 'Hack tool has been detected' appears only if, 1# Caused by an error (You wouldn't lose the ribbon), 2# Caused by illegal hack tool. But here, this is a made up thing, look what he said.

You ask for that? They will close it, it's the same did you delete or not, they will type in information why, how. -
You're only bringing it up now due to the event going on.If it was actually the case you would have went through support 8 months ago to dispute the loss of the ribbon.Go ahead and try blowing smoke up Z8's butt. Im sure they have heard pretty much every bs story before.

Huggy is right, if you were banned due to hacking as a mistake, a year ago, you would've sent a support ticket and tried everything you could to get your account back. -
They always answer ,it might not be what you wanna hear but eventually they reply to the ticket. If in fact you actually sent 1. The whole timeline in this seems very suspect.Best thing I can suggest is send another ticket and be truthful about it.They cant do anything over the forums anyway.But be warned, if its a bs story they will know it.
