Virtual Machine?

In all my years of using x-crap (knight online), it has never detected linux as a virtual machine until on crossfire... And really, it shouldn't. Linux always perfectly worked with Xtrap, and it still should. Gameguard was different by how it operated, however xtrap is different as it doesn't emulate a windows driver. So may I know why all of a sudden we can't run it on linux?
