Lag with Windows7

I had 156 ping before patch of windows7.
I installed windows7, after that i downloaded the patch.
When I join the room , my ping:
160-200...200-300...

Much ping ...
I can't play with that ping.
It's problem of any file of windows7 ?

i have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, and my ping stays at 45-50

Your ping increased with the patch or windows 7 ?
Or it's the same ?

I have windons 7 32 bits
