someone stole an account

an account named mis-15-tah (a member of my clan)told me that his account was stolen. when he wants to open it, he could not open and he found out that someone have stolen it for we found out that his account is now a member of clan named "ROMANIA CLAN".What can we do? If we cant have it again, you should banned that account. Hope you will be making action for this problem. He's log in ID is 1shadow5. Thanks!

Keeping your account credentials safe is your OWN responsibility, it's not z8's fault if your PC got compromised.

Make your friend make a new account and post a ticket here

but there is no other person knows his account ID even password thats why it is really a strange thing that happened. So you could not banned that account? thanks once again.

No the account will not be banned cuz it was stolen.
Tho the account owner may restore it.

And your friend downloaded something (backdoored by trojan or password stealer) and got his account stolen.

my friend does not downloaded (backdoored by trojan or password stealer). would you mean we could recover the account? would you kindly tell us any link that will help us if we can recover the account. this is not the only case i know. another one on my clan lost his account ( 1 of my lieutenants ) a month ago and we didnt do anything. thanks once again.
