Crossfire should enable mics .... obvs get a filter or an instant kick if u miss use it but it wud b so much easyer and quicker 2 talk .... e.g. if someone is on your way you can simpley ask them to move.

yeah Crossfire should be able to talk in clan on the mics

Also you can have 2 option talk while in the room ur play or talk with your clanmate .

1.talk to anyone the room u are playing , but your side only .BL OR GR

2 . Talk to clanmate

that way you don't have to use Crossfire .
But i don't like my idea since what if the game crash , all ur clanamte mics are BOOOM lose too LMAO !
