I know your looking for a [GM] responce. But I hope I can help.
Did you close background programs?
Did you have a Windows update running?
Did you check your ping rate on a different Server? If so was there an increase with a different server?
Dont forget there are more Brazil players now, more then ever, most of which are ............insert hacusational remark.........!!! Which in effect slow down the server with there BS. Im noticing a small increase of around 11-38 ping increase. Not much and ingame is almost unnoticable. Also, to prevent being called a BR hack change your IGN, as noobslapper just yells IM A HACK.

If not, just download a hack and join the BR ranks!!!
