Patch failed

When I patch, it stops half way through and says; Failed to download patch v5.

What to do? O.o

Try disabling your antivirus temporarily and start patching again. Some A/V's get false positives when DLing patches.

No Actually the servers refreshed try it now it works perfectly.

same problem here but not fixed

i deleted my CF and tried to download again http://crossfire.z8games.com/downloads2.aspx on this link but it keeps saying that i can get the acces to the download and says that it has to do with my firewall or virus scanner do i need to shut it off to download it? ( im from Europe) or is it because that i live in europe and can't play the game anymore since we have a new europe server CF ?

My patcher gets buggy too, can't patch my cf for like 2 months so far..wth? ,_,

I have same problem with failed patch v5... Havent played cf in a while and want to get back on it NOW !!

Can anyone help ?

same problem, haven't played in like 8 months. Tried patching, didn't work. Uninstalled and downloaded to install, only to get the v5 error over and over, this is frustrating.

Start only the patcher_cf.exe file that worked for me.
