Problem in loading

One of my friend recommended this game, he said that its an epic game, try it!
I've downloaded the game from the site, I've installed the patches and everything is good till now BUT, when I tried to play the game it crashes in "loading..."

Note: I'm using Windows 8 Release Preview. if this help in finding the problem.

X-Trap doesn't work with windows 8. until they officially release windows 8, you have to stick with windows 7 or any other OS if you want to play
