Help someone hacked my acc

I dont know how but someone hacked my other pro account, i dont know what to do, they changed email address and password so i cant recover, i've never shared my password or any info HELP PLEASE

This issue comes up a lot. Please realize that there are only two ways that your account can be compromised:

1. You gave the info to someone. Probably someone who promised to buy you ZP.
2. Your system was infected with a keylogger. In most cases keyloggers are embedded inside of hacks. They could also be transmitted to you by someone under the guise of it being a different file.

There is no way for someone to compromise the company's servers and get your information though. So to make a long story short: account security is your responsibility. Z8Games can not be held liable for your lack of protection of your account. Try submitting a support ticket to see if they can help you recover it, but in the meantime I would suggest doing a thorough virus and rootkit scan of your computer. Combofix works wonders to remove keyloggers.
