My opinion, it got too big.
Nothing else to add.
In the sense that the expansion to EU ruined NA CF, it's true. I played the "top" players from EU, and there is a big difference in attitude, skill level and experience(this one is expected) compared to the NA players.
Completely agree on the big waste part, and trust me it's easy to quit if you have other things to care for and think about. For example, I uninstalled about 2 days ago and I am focusing on summer school volunteering, etc. I'm using forums as a way to slowly kick the habit without completely missing the thrill of other players.pretty big waste of life if you ask me, i wish ihad never started playing now i cant quit until i reach a certain target goal i set in mindBlowinDubsUp wrote: ».............fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!

You guys really don't like this game, do you?
Apart from the hakers, this game is probably the only game I'll never get bored of. It's just FUN killing people with guns, killing ghosts, escaping...
I mean, does anyone get an adrenaline rush from clutching or am I the only one that gets a rush anymore? -
I agree, once the real players all quit due to frustration and kicks, all that will be left are the br hackers, only then will z8 games come to their money blinded senses that maybe they were doing something wrong....
The competitive edge has seriously died, i go to snd now and its all "mini ping kika" "kika hacker mini ping" "kika gringo"
I sometimes get lucky and there is a pro player that actually talks, but then gets kicked. >.>
Its truly upsetting to see where crossfire is now and where crossfire could have been. The more we post about this on the forums the less z8games cares either way -
Personally, I don't think the game will die. Players simply get bored of it and leave, while eager new players come in and see what it's all about. Though, I'd like to say that MMOHut's 2009 Review is slightly outdated and needs an update. *Hint* *Hint*.

I do. Like many other fps games Cross Fire has extreme highs and lows. Too bad the highs aren't as common as the lows. -

First of all, take a break and go outside and get some fresh air. If you are playing this game more than 1-2 hours a day, then your missing out on real life.
The modes that are dying are the ones that appeal to 8 year olds. Now they are getting older and moving one to better modes. -
For example, in ghost mode a couple years ago, there were a good 10-15 clans that were well balanced and showcased a variety of skill. A lot of tournaments were held to determine the top players, not some stupid win/loss ratio. Now, it is barely 3-4 clans BLABLABLA

Ya defiently this game hasnt been what its been in the past. Ive been on here for 3 years and the updates r pretty sad on crossfires end. NO new perm guns r coming out excpet worthless guns with a rusty camo... Really? We waited 19 days for that crate last month and thats what we get. Personally this game needs to add more gp and BP guns. The crate guns are not even worth while guns to put zp in here. Maps are alright but what do u expect from a free game. Just a shame that this game is failing hard now. Even though all you people r so happy over these little 50% exp its not a real great event just more time spent on here to level the nubs up nothing more. Add back all the kickass events of more crate gun unlocks or even ADD BETTER GUNS WORTH PUTTING MONEY IN THIS GAME!!! But my biggest ***** is that the zp crates SHOULD be Easier to get the gun then zp especcially when your a higher level. Its bs that low level nubs get the better guns when people like myself who have been on here forever never get these zp guns. Ive only gotten 3 zp guns out of my time on here and ive put well over hundreds of money in this game. Just wish higher levels had a WAAAAAYYYY better chance of getting these zp guns considering WE are all putting r own hard earned money in this.

Seriously. With that money, you could buy 10 games. not even that, 10 made so that it's good, games.

You act like z8 dosent notice this. All games have a dry season after a while give it a little time these cheap updates with new weps and such show they have been working on something for a while. They are not gonna let the game die before there eyes guys.

The players of today talk more about the past and what they DID than what they are DOING, because as I said, the game is dead.

If people leaves, there are less clans, competitions and such.
You think the game is dead, so you leave, many people do the same, and after some time, the game is really dead.
You understood the problem, but instead of trying to correcting it, you aggrave it.

The competitive community lacked because there was no real hard competitive background after the first year of CrossFire. I remember CF being into multiple events. I remember there being little side tournaments. Now its just community based or private tournaments.This isn't an attack or anything against z8, just an observation. From my point of view, the game is nothing like it used to be a year ago. Sure a couple tournaments were held such as the March of the Ghosts, which was a miserable fail, or the fact that new weapons were itroduced and new maps/modes/the usual were added. However, the competitiveness of the game dropped to an all time low, and this has caused many players, like myself, to quit. Let's face it, without a bunch of clans competing for top spot, without a heapload of trashtalk, without ignorant players bragging about thei skill, without constant drama, the game is just not fun. The less and less competitive it is getting, the more and more boring.

. That game has taken so many successful turns, and im having a blast. It's amazing! takes a while to play its worth it though. This game takes all the wrong turns, and it's been dying for years now dude. we used to be able to fill 3-4 servers. We can barely fill 1-2 at highest. -

Really now..? Because right now there are 5 full servers: Alpha, Bravo, UK1, UK2 and UK4. -
