I did a survey but no ZP..and ive seen this a lot so now wat?

i see many ppl saying the didnt recieve their zp after surveys...but what should I do..did i do it wrong or something?

I did the survey of how ''stupid u are'' or wtv..and i finsihed it..enterd my info and email address and closed the page..but i saw that i have no ZP..so what to do?
