Help please!

hello,

i'm having this problem with logging in to my new account.

when i fill my id and password, a message pops up and saying "incorrect login credentials"

i know my pass and id i checked it twice for sure, but i don't know what that acctually means...

and i made a second acc and it still say that same message...

im from the Netherlands and i registerd 2 new accs after august 2011 and i have one made in 2009 i guess

If i install the European version it just wont work, but the first version will work for my other acc.

so can you please help?
