I confirm this, he kept insulting some random guy, saying he'll do stuff to his mother and sister for absolutely no reasons.

We were on TS , playing zm.The match ended and hex got error.When he tried to login back he said WDF? I'm banned for 3 days for insulting!? OMG. God...you should have heard his reaction. way 2 epic.

Because if you report someone for insulting it goes under complaints, which is not as flooded as the hacking report area is.
