Worst day ever

So I'm playing Crossfire as normal, with my sh*tty Windows Vista, so as always I try to join a game and BOOM I get kicked off CF. As normal I decide to restart CF, for I was NOT done playing. But this time when I restart CF, I get an error message, the already famous "File is changed: W[2007] L[2]". So, I come on the forums... I look around, and I find that I need to re-installed and download CF! Great, I think. I do that (of course with my anti-virus disabled, not like it ever isn't disabled I don't get virus' for some reason) and go through wait for the download to finish, wait for the updates to fin. and the install, and I start up CF and... "File is changed: W[2007] L[2]". So this time I un-install CF, PLUS I got through every single file in my laptops hard drive, actually in both hard drives, and by hand, pick out any file at all related to CF in any way possible. After this, I re-download, re-install, and "File is changed: W[2007] L[2]".... a 3rd time. I've spent a good 5 hours trying to figure out what the hell is up. Can anyone else figure out what's wrong? I have my system specs here if they help. I doubt it but I do anyways. x.x

Agreed... now I'm sad. I even went into my computers program files from CTRL-ALT-DEL after going into services as Admin and stopping my anti virus from coming up after i closed it every time. I'm going to re-install again, if you find help from any forum tell me
