Only problems

Since Ive download the new patch, all is going wrong, because the server goes to slow, problems with the connection, when i will enter on a chanel sometimes the games freezzes, and go out to windows, I have disactivated the antivirus ( something that I didnt want to do), and i have more lagg. Against this, i can enter on the game more quick, but there are too problems, the another day I saw a replay of wallhackers.....What does the new patch exactly?? any suggestions? thanks!
