100% EXP Extended 4pm - Midnight - July 5th
Hello everyone,
Full Service to the Cross Fire servers has been restored.
**Update**
We are deeply sorry for the confusion caused by yesterdays announcement. The announcement had said we would be running 100% more EXP from 1pm - 4pm. Unfortunately due to a technical mistake this did not happen and we are now running 100% More EXP from 4pm until Midnight.
So the bonus is you get more time to get more EXP!!!

Sorry for the double post, we have some more information and a full resolution to these problems.
We will be holding a 100% EXP Event Tomorrow July 6th between 1 and 4pm EDT to allow players a chance to catch up on lost exp if they missed the chance to log in yesterday!
The second part requires a little bit of explaining.
There are 2 situations involved here, one is easy and the other is hard to explain.
The first situation is all players who purchased something other than crates during the lag and did not receive the item. To these players we will be giving them item back to them. (note this also includes the web mall)
The second situation involves people who purchased crates. It is best explained by going through the purchase process for crates.
When the player tried to open the crate they were opening fake crates, even though their points had been deducted and the game looked like it put crates in your inventory.
In this situation all crates for all players who experienced this will be returned.
For example: If you purchased 10 M37 Hellfire crates and you opened them all and received no items (but your points were deducted) you will receive 10 M37 Hellfire crates!
This means that everyone who purchased items will get their items back! Items will be delivered over the next 12-24 hours.

For a while during this 'lag event' the points scoreboard was not showing any data - unsure if the background db system was still working though - can you confirm this status please?

Right now our main concern is addressing the people who were affected by the lag when trying to open crates or purchase items.
I can't speak fully to the scoreboard problems or any kills/deaths or EXP issues that might have risen from the problems. -

I saw that this morning. Servers-restart solved the problem(lag for herkes and Turkey's ip problem) temporarily. Your servers have blocking problem and other problems. You did not mind my posts. I'm thinking CF (Q9 Network) servers(especially firewall servers, Anti-DDOS app, proxy servers) is doing auto blocking for some Turkey cities. You are must do check active server roles. -
This problem included blocking problem for Turkey. ( 88.24*.***.***)

They've already said multiple times that they have nothing to do with the problem some people from Turkey are having, and they have not blocked any IP blocks from Turkey. If they did, all people from Turkey wouldn't be able to play, not just some of them. -

Blocks is done by a court order in Turkey. CF NA (Z8 games, g4box) haven't got any court order in Turkey.
You are haven't found a solution. -
We are working on this problem still.
Here is where we stand:
1) We determined the cause for the problem last night. It was due to a number of factors all happening at the same time.
It was fixed this morning around 8:00am.
2) We are working on a compensation for players with problems involving crates. We are also working on an EXP compensation to make sure people can get in and make up some lost EXP! (note, this will likely be 100% exp for a few hours tomorrow so be ready for an announcement!)
3) Current lag problems have nothing to do with this issue. This issue cannot attribute a random ping spike for a few players across the globe. There are a million things that could affect pings, but the problems from last night are not one of them. -

Oh i didn't see the other post you posted. Sorry about the multiple posts. You just answer all my questions LOL
No problem, the crates which you purchased and opened which never actually existed will be added to your account in the next 2-12 hours.
Think of it like.. you bought crates but there was a delay in actually getting the crates to you. -
