Using the Lost PW/Info form - Changes

Attention Z8Gamers,

Today we are here to announce that we are implementing a limitation when using the Lost PW/Info link on our website:

You may only use this feature up to 5 times daily.

We feel that you should ever only need to use this once, but in the case of a bounced email or a typo or other such minor issues that limiting this to 5 times per day is enough. In addition, we are making this change to prevent spam and unnecessary emails being sent in the case of lost accounts and other administration.


Please note we also have some upcoming changes to announce soon regarding how accounts will change their email and other information in an attempt to increase the security on an account.


As always we would like to remind our users that account security is your own responsibility. You should not be giving out your Login ID, PW, security question and answer or registered email to ANYONE!

There are a lot of phishing websites and users out there looking to steal your account or other sensitive information. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMS!
