Morning to the competitive community!
We know that Echo 8 is a regularly used channel/server by you guys. We just wanted to give you an update that we are still looking into this server issue.
It's deemed non-critical because it hasn't fully affected the service. We also have determined that it is not actually a problem with the server connection or server hardware.
We're working with the developers to get a fix for this and are expecting to see a fix come in with the mini-update for the m37 Hellfire tonight!
